Hotel Policy
1. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Identification/Passport
All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID/passport at check-in.
3. Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
Full payment is due at check-in unless otherwise specified.
Incidentals may require a refundable deposit.
- All payments made by credit card are subjected to 4% bank fee on top of total amount
4. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival (varies by booking type).
Late cancellation or no-shows will incur full charge.
5. Children and Extra Beds
Children under 6 stay free when using existing beds.
Extra beds or baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability and extra fee.
6. Smoking Policy
Our hotel maintains a non-smoking policy in all indoor areas.
A cleaning fee of Vietnam Dong 3 millions will be charged for each case of violations.
7. Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in the hotel
8. Visitor Policy
Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM and need to show a valid government-issued ID/passport at the Reception.
Overnight guests must be registered at the front desk and involved extra fee.
9. Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM for the comfort of all guests.
10. Damage and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen valuables not secured in the in-room safe.
