Perfect Introduction to Hanoi and Vietnam
My first encounter with Hanoi and Vietnam was at this wonderful hotel, which opened just three days before my arrival.
The welcome was warm and heartfelt – exactly what you need when arriving in a new city and country for the first time in your life.
The rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable, with great attention to detail. Some rooms don’t have windows (including mine), which is admittedly a drawback. However, the room is exceptionally quiet and the thoughtful design clearly took this into consideration, compensating well for the missing window.
The breakfast is rich and delicious – better than many restaurants in the area!
The staff is wonderful – efficient, helpful, and genuinely eager to provide guidance and ensure guests feel welcome.
With its proximity to the Old Quarter, I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at Heritage Ham Long Hotel and would 100% stay here again. The hotel is incredibly clean, modern, and well maintained — honestly one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in.

The staff are exceptional and truly make this place special. Everyone was so warm and helpful, especially Clara, Long, and Nam at reception. They went above and beyond with recommendations, directions, and any questions I had — always smiling and genuinely happy to help.

Breakfast has great variety with plenty of options to suit everyone. The spa is beautiful, relaxing, and amazing value, especially with the 30% in-house guest discount — already very affordable prices for such a high-quality experience.

The rooftop bar is a real highlight, with lovely city views and a heated outdoor pool that has a great vibe, day or night. The location is also excellent — central and walkable, about 10–15 minutes to the main shops and attractions.

My room was spotlessly clean, serviced daily, fully restocked, with a very comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, and great amenities. I had absolutely no issues at all during my stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re staying in Hanoi, I couldn’t recommend it more. I will definitely be back.

We stayed in Heritage Ham hotel for three nights for my girlfriend’s birthday, three weeks after the hotel’s grand opening and what an experience it was.
The room was nicely equipped with all the amnesties you need for your stay, including a super comfy bed.
The breakfast is a nice combination of vietnamese and European food.
And don’t get me started with the spa. During our two weeks stay in Vietnam, we went to countless spas and I must say Heritage Ham had the best treatment by far.
To top it off we had the best services by the hotel where they surprised my girlfriend with a cute flower and a nice cheesecake.
The hotel is located slightly outside of the main quarter so for some it might be far but for us it was perfect as we were used to walk and you could order Grab in no time.
Would definitely come back to the hotel again one day I’m.

A brand new hotel just opened one week ago. The staff are nice and the decorations are fantastic. Kate is very helpful, she introduced us how to find out the secrets for the city. Definitely will stay here when I visit this city again.
